Refund Policy – PTGS

Customer satisfaction is important to PTGS. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Service Cancellation

  • Cancellations made before service execution may be eligible for a refund.
  • Once the service has been completed, refunds will not be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • There was a billing or payment error
  • The service could not be completed due to technical limitations

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed services
  • Services declined after technician arrival
  • Replacement parts already installed

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
